Check-in and Check-out Procedures

• All guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to occupying the property.
• Please review the Rental Agreement terms, House Rules, and Terms and Conditions presented during the booking process.
• Guests may be required to provide additional information about the group that will occupy the property and/or identification documents.
• Additional information and the rental agreement will be sent by email for electronic signature.

Property Access

• The Bronze Tree complex has an elevator that goes to all floors.
• The underground parking garage is on the 4th floor and the unit is on the 6th floor.
• There are no necessary stairs between the garage and the elevator.
• Stairs are available as an alternative to the elevator.
• The pool, hot tub, and sauna are on a floor where a few stairs are required for access.
• At the end of the day, guests can walk inside and drop off their skis/boards in the private heated ski locker room.

Policies and Rules

• No smoking allowed.
• Minimum age: 25 years.
• Children allowed.
• No events allowed.
• No pets allowed (maxPets: 0).

Fees and Payments

• The standard cleaning fee is for final cleaning after the rental period ends.
• For stays longer than one week, a mid-stay cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for each additional week. Please contact before booking for lengthy stays to discuss details.
• Guests may be required to provide a credit card and/or security/damage deposit, refundable per the rental agreement terms.

Parking Information

• Parking is limited but not assigned.
• Parking is available in the 4th floor covered garage or the 5th floor open air parking lot.
• Guests should not plan on bringing more than 2 cars.
• Overflow parking is available on a first come, first served basis.
• The parking garage has a height limit of 6'2".
• Additional parking options may be available upon request.
• 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required during winter weather conditions.

Utilities and Amenities Access

• Some private or shared amenities may not be available for guest use during certain periods. Common area amenities may close daily, seasonally, or for maintenance and are not guaranteed to be available at all times. Please inquire before booking if you have questions about a specific amenity for your dates.
• Air conditioning is not provided. Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. Nights are generally cool, and fans are provided at most properties. Check the amenities list or photos for details about fans or ceiling fans.
• Private heated ski locker area is available for ski/board storage.
• Shared indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and shared outdoor hot tub are available (subject to availability).
• Free private shuttle for Bronze Tree guests and year-round city shuttle service are available; the Ski Time Square bus stop for the free Steamboat Transit Bus is just down the stairs in front of the complex and across the street. Uber, Lyft, and Alpine Taxi are also available.
• The property includes amenities such as towels, bed linens, hair dryer, climate control, cooking basics, smoke alarm, deadbolts, self check-in/check-out, fire extinguisher, dishwasher, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, stove, oven, balcony, patio, high-speed internet, and carbon monoxide detector.

Safety and Emergency Information

• Security cameras may exist on the exterior of the home, positioned to cover entrances and exits, including the interior of the garage. Cameras are present for security purposes. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
